摘要

Abstract

As the main window for real-time interaction and communication between the government and the public,the government service hotline is an important channel to reflect problems and suggestions,and help resolve issues related to government services.Standards are the technical support for economic activities and social development,and also an important aspect of basic national system.Taking standardization as an starting point,this paper analyzes and studies the new development trend of government service hotlines in the new era and the current situation of standardization work,and discusses the path and method of standardization construction for government service hotlines.
