摘要
Abstract
At present,the pattern of standards supply in China is transitioning from a government-led model to a dual model driven by both government and market entities.Association standards,as an important component of the new-type standards system in China,particularly focus on new technologies,industries,business models,and innovative practice.These standards have advantages on market sensitivity and efficiency,which play an important role in fostering the innovative development of various sectors.Under the new situation,organizations for petroleum association standards should align with the principles of"high starting point,high quality,and internationalization"to enhance the construction of standards system,improve standards supply,and establish academic platforms,thereby supporting and leading the high-quality development of the petroleum industry.Taking the Standardization Committee of the Chinese Petroleum Society as an example,this paper is based on the work of the committee since its inception and proposes suggestions from five aspects,to facilitate the high-quality development of standardization work in the petroleum industry by the high-quality development of the committee.关键词
