摘要

Abstract

This paper,from the perspective of standardization,expounds the significant importance of constructing the standards system for food quality control and management.It analyzes the current status of standards for food quality control and management as well as the actual needs of standards for food industry for food quality control and management.It clarifies the principles of constructing the standards system for food quality control and management,and determines the structural elements of the standards system from four dimensions and six aspects including standard categories(standard types,standard levels,and standard application scopes),process links,control technologies,and product categories.It optimizes the basic framework of the standards system for food quality control and management.To further improve and promote the construction of China's standards system for food quality control and management,the following suggestions are put forward:strengthening top-level design,conducting demand surveys,improving standards promotion,and enhancing international standardization work.
