浅谈大数据背景下京津冀协同发展
Brief Discussion on the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region under the Background of Big Data

Abstract
2024 marks the tenth anniversary of the elevation of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to a national strategy.Over the past decade,the policy and institutional framework for the regional coordinated development has been initially established,progress has been made in the transfer of non-essential capital city functions,various industrial collaborative development models have gradually taken shape,and the integration of livelihoods in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been continuously deepened.However,challenges still exist during the development process,including significant disparities in regional development,uneven economic growth,relatively obvious gaps in industrial development,and persistent differences in basic public services.Based on the above conditions,this paper proposes that under the background of digital economy,the role of the unified social credit code as a"digital ID"should be fully leveraged to construct an innovation working mechanism of big data for coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and mechanisms for data co-construction and sharing,data element flow,and economic and industrial coordinated development should be established,to promote the deep integration of big data and various fields in the region,and accelerate the coordinated regional development.关键词
