Abstract
Military scientific research enterprises are a crucial component of the national innovation system and serve as a vital source of scientific and technological innovation achievements.Since the implementation of the national strategy on intellectual property rights(IPR),domestic IPR work have witnessed robust growth with the times.To adapt to an increasingly competitive environment,enhance independent and controllable capabilities,and promote the transformation,upgrading of enterprises for quality improvement and efficient development,an integrated IPR management system has been established,encompassing internal control mechanisms,organizational structures,scientific quantitative evaluation methods,and information platform infrastructure.Therefore,the IPR strategy of"respecting knowledge,encouraging innovation,promoting transformation,and continuous improvement"will be deeply integrated into all forms of scientific research and production processes as well as the implementation process of major tasks,to facilitate the advancement of key core technologies and contribute to achieving greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology.关键词
