摘要

Abstract

Based on the development trend of automotive intelligence and electronic and electrical architecture,this paper analyzes the automotive intelligent power distribution scheme using semiconductor devices instead of fuses and relays,and conducts an in-depth research on the test method of short circuit reliability of automotive smart power devices focusing on the test standard AEC-Q100-012-REV-2006.
