Abstract
The on-board DC high-speed circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as"high-speed circuit breaker")serves as a crucial component of urban rail transit vehicles,with increasingly stringent requirements for its safety and reliability.The high-speed circuit breaker can rapidly and automatically disconnect the traction equipment from the catenary or power supply rail when overcurrent or short circuit occurs in the traction circuit,thereby protecting the traction equipment and playing a significant role in ensuring the safe operation of vehicles.Inadequate guarantee of the quality of high-speed circuit breakers not only increases operation and maintenance costs but also leads to potential safety hazards.This paper introduces the application background of urban rail transit equipment,and the current application status of high-speed circuit breakers.It compares and analyzes the differences among current standards for shock and vibration tests and examines the relationship between these tests and the quality control of on-board DC high-speed circuit breakers.Finally,some suggestions are proposed to provide valuable reference for readers.关键词
