Abstract
To distinguish the electricity consumption characteristics of different electrical appliances,energy consumption monitoring and optimization are carried out.This paper proposes an optimization method for electricity consumption classification and measurement based on the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN).Firstly,the shortcomings of traditional non-invasive load monitoring technology in load decomposition are analyzed.Then,the advantages of CNN in load classification are discussed in detail,especially in feature extraction and classification accuracy improvement in complex load scenarios.In order to verify the effectiveness of the method,this paper designed an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group used a CNN model,while the control group used a traditional load decomposition algorithm to classify the loads of five typical household appliances.The experimental results showed that the CNN-based optimization method was significantly better than the traditional method in all indicators,providing new technical support for smart grids and energy management systems.关键词
