面向非接触酒驾排查的红外激光酒精气体检测技术研究

Abstract
In view of the problems of high police force demand,single detection method and low detection efficiency in the traditional contact-based detection methods for drunk driving screening,this paper is based on the spectral absorption characteristics of alcohol gas and the principle of infrared laser gas detection.In combination with the specific application scenario requirements drunk driving detection,the paper takes the infrared semiconductor laser,photoelectric detector,detection optical path,circuit and algorithm as the main body of software and hardware technology framework,analyzes the working mechanism of infrared gas detection system based on TDLAS,builds infrared laser gas detection model,formulates laboratory test methods and test procedures,and carries out simulation.Building on the simulation test results,a prototype of infrared laser alcohol gas detection system is built,and the prototype performance test verification is carried out in the laboratory and real road scenarios.The results in the laboratory show that the prototype has a quantitative test accuracy of alcohol gas better than 3ppm*m,and the verification results in the real road scenario show that the prototype can qualitatively determine whether there is alcohol gas in the driver's cabin.关键词
