摘要
Abstract
In the stage of high-quality development,the inspection and testing industry has experienced rapid growth and gained increasing attention from society.Consequently,there is a growing demand for the regulation of the industry.This article aims to systematically study the supervision mechanism of inspection and testing by considering the functions of regulation and the actual implementation of regulatory work.By utilizing standardized theoretical methods,it sorts out a comprehensive list of regulatory matters and establishes a three-level inspection and testing regulatory standards system based on guidance,management,and utilization.This system covers the entire process of inspection and testing regulation,including the roles of regulatory departments at the provincial,municipal,and county levels.It not only clarifies the scope of regulatory work in inspection and testing,but also lays the groundwork for informatization and intelligence of future inspection and testing regulatory work,ultimately contributing to the development of a new framework for inspection and testing regulation.关键词
