摘要

Abstract

Different metals have great differences in element types,physical properties,chemical composition and other aspects.Due to the different stress states on the two sides of the welding materials,it is easy to lead to cracks in the weld and thermal influence area,and even the stripping of the welding metal and the base material.In this paper,GTAW butt welding test is carried out for the composite pipe and super duplex stainless steel in domestic offshore gas field,nondestructive testing,stretching,bending,impact and hardness test are carried out for the joint,and metallographic analysis and pitting experiment of the joint are carried out by optical microscope.The results show that the welded joint has no defects with excellent mechanical properties,X65 base material and HAZ(thermal influence area)are mainly ferrite and pearlite,the welding seam and Inconel625 composite layer are mainly cylindrical austenitic,and S32760 super duplex stainless steel base material and HAZ(thermal affected area)tissues are mainly austenite and ferrite tissue.There is no continuous carbon,nitrogen compounds and intermetal compounds,and the point corrosion resistance is good.
