摘要
Abstract
To establish a method for evaluating the uncertainty in the determination of ethanol concentration in human blood by HS-GC.In accordance with the inspection process and relevant data,this paper analyzes the source of uncertainty,qualifies the component of uncertainty,synthesizes the uncertainty of standards,and calculates the extended uncertainty.Results show that the uncertainty component introduced by calibration curve is the largest.The uncertainty of ethanol concentration in blood by HS-GC mainly derives from calibration curve.关键词
