摘要

Abstract

This paper explores the application of the PDCA cycle theory in the standardization construction of the digital literacy evaluation system of teachers in private colleges and universities,introduces advanced information technology,innovates the evaluation model and means,and aims to establish an objective digital literacy evaluation index and further optimize the digital literacy evaluation system of teachers in colleges and universities.In addition,it establishes a comprehensive evaluation and development tracking system for teachers'digital literacy to enhance teachers'ability to use digital technology,improve teachers'application level of digital technology in teaching activities,and comprehensively improve the digital literacy of college teachers through scientific evaluation and feedback.
