摘要

Abstract

With the deepening of education reform,the traditional teaching model is gradually replaced by ecological classroom.It is particularly important to construct a standardized ecological classroom teaching management model,which not only helps to improve the teaching efficiency,but also promotes the all-round development of students.Based on this,this paper proposes to build a standardized classroom with multiple teaching elements,establishes a standardized teacher-student communication mechanism,builds a standardized harmonious classroom environment,and establishes a standardized ecological classroom teaching management evaluation system,so that each link of ecological classroom teaching management model should have clear guiding principles and operating processes to ensure the orderly progress of teaching activities,and thus better promote the ecological classroom teaching management model.
