公立医院医疗质量PDCA管理体系标准化的探索
Research on Standardization of PDCA Management System of Medical Quality in Public Hospitals
摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the standardization of PDCA management system for medical quality in public hospitals.Through systematic analysis and practice,a scientific and practical standardization framework is constructed.A preliminary framework for the PDCA management system of medical quality is established in four aspects:organization,standards,monitoring,and evaluation.Combined with standardization requirements,goals and principles are clarified,and auxiliary systems are improved.Specific construction strategies including formulation,implementation,supervision,and improvement are proposed.Through literature analysis and other methods,theoretical and practical support is provided for medical quality management.The research results show that the standardized PDCA management system can regulate management processes,unify evaluation standards,improve management efficiency,ensure the standardization and consistency of medical services,reduce medical risks,and enhance patient satisfaction.关键词
