Effect of Standardized Nursing on Elderly Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on elderly coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 86 patients with elderly coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to a cooperative hospital of Zhengzhou University of Industrial Technology from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing methods,and the observation group received standardized nursing intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups before intervention,but both groups improved significantly after intervention.The self-care ability,heart function,HHI score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of standardized nursing intervention on elderly coronary heart disease with arrhythmia is better,which can significantly enhance patients'self-care ability,further improve cardiac function,improve quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction with high application value.关键词
