过瘤胃氨基酸对藏西北绒山羊生长性能、血浆指标及瘤胃内环境的影响
Effects of Rumen Protected Amino Acid on Growth Performance,Plasma Index and Rumen Internal Environment in Tibetan Northwest Cashmere Goat

Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of rumen protected amino acids on the growth per-formance,plasma biochemical and antioxidant indexes,and rumen internal environment of Tibetan Northwest cash-mere goats.32 12-month-old Tibetan Northwest cashmere goats were selected for the experiment and randomly di-vided into 4 groups,with 8 replicates in each group(half male and half female),and 1 goat per replicate.Goats were fed with basic feed in control group,fed with basic feed+0.5%RPMet(rumen protected methionine)in RPMet group,fed with basic feed+1%RPLys(rumen protected lysine)in RPLys group,and fed with basic feed+0.5%RPMet+1%RPLys in RPLys+RPMet group.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 49 days.The results showed as follows:the final weight(FBW)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of the RPLys group and RPLys+RPMet group were significantly higher than those of the control group and RPMet group(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain(ADG)of each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 21st day of the experiment,the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in each ex-perimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the activity of glutathione per-oxidase(GSH-Px)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 49th day of the experiment,the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in RPMet group and RPLys+RPMet group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the GSH-Px activity in RPMet group was significantly higher than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).The content of plasma methionine(Met)in RPMet group and RPLys+RPMet group was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of plasma aspartic acid(Asp),glutamic acid(Glu),serine(Ser),arginine(Arg),and total amino acids(TAA)in each experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The content of phenylalanine(Phe)was highest in RPLys group and lowest in control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between RPMet group and RPLys+RPMet group(P>0.05).The rumen ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)content in RPMet+RPLys group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The microbial protein(MCP)content in RPMet group and RP-Met+RPLys group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total volatile fatty acids in rumen fluid among the groups(P>0.05).In summary,rumen protected methionine and lysine can significantly improve the growth performance and plasma antioxidant capacity of Tibetan Northwest cashmere goats,without affecting the production of volatile fatty acids in the rumen.关键词
