犊牛腹泻粪源弗格森埃希菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性研究
Isolation,Identification,and Its Biological Properties of Escherichia Fergusonii Originating from Calf Feces with Diarrhea

Abstract
In order to isolate and identify the causative organisms that cause diarrhoea in calves,and to grasp their drug resistance,19 samples of diarrhoeic calves(19)were collected from a large-scale cattle farm in Emin county,Xinjiang,and were tested.Escherichia fergusonii was isolated and identified by bacteriological culture and molecular biology techniques,and was subsequently tested for the presence of ultra-broad-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs)phenotypes,drug resistance and virulence genes.It was also tested for adhesion and invasion by mouse macrophages.The results in-dicated that two strains of E.fergusonii were isolated from 19 faecal samples(designation 292-1 and 337-1),both of which were identified as ESBLs-producing E.fergusonii with the blaTEM genotype.Drug sensitivity tests conducted on 15 antibiotics revealed that the two isolates exhibited multi-drug resistant to penicillin,cefotaxime,rifampicin and florfenicol.The results of drug resistance gene testing showed that both strains of E.fergusonii carried the blaTEM,floR,tetA,cmlA and sul2 genes.Additionally,the results of virulence gene testing revealed that both strains possessed the yijP,iucD,ibeB,ompA and sodA virulence genes.The results of the cellular assay demonstrated an adhesion rate of 3.23%for 292-1 and 0.59%for 337-1,as well as an invasion rate of 0.12%and 0.06%,respectively.关键词
