基于"筋脉横解"管窥内痔的病理形态改变特征
Characteristics of Pathological Morphological Changes of Internal Hemorrhoids Based on"Flaccid Tendons and Vessels"

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of pathological morphological changes of internal hemorrhoids based on"flaccid tendons and vessels".Methods 1)HE staining,MSB staining and CD42b staining were used to observe the pathological morphological changes of"tendons"and"vessels"in human internal hemorrhoids.2)A rat model of internal hemorrhoids was established,and the perianal blood flow was observed by laser speckle contrast imaging(LSCI).The anorectal tissues of rats were stained with Masson,HE,VEGF and MSB to observe the pathological morphological changes of"tendons"and"ves-sels".3)The model rats of internal hemorrhoids were treated with Xiaozhiling injection,and the patholog-ical morphological changes of"tendons"and"vessels"were observed by LSCI and Masson staining to veri-fy that the"flaccid tendons and vessels"restored the normal positions after treatment.Results There were vascular dilatation,thrombosis and submucosal muscular layer disorder in human internal hemor-rhoids.The model rats of internal hemorrhoids showed vascular dilation and hyperplasia,loose submucosa,and collagen fiber disorder.After Xiaozhailing injection,the original dilated blood vessels and red blood cell aggregation disappeared,the original loose and disordered connective tissue became dense and neat,revers-ing the pathological changes of"flaccid tendons".In LSCI,the blood flow gradually decreased,the perianal blood supply reduced,and the hemorrhoid nucleus gradually shrank,reversing the pathological changes of"flaccid vessels".Conclusion The pathological characteristics of internal hemorrhoids include two as-pects:"flaccid tendons"and"flaccid vessels"."Tendons"include anorectal submucosal loose connective tissue and submucosal muscle layer,and"vessels"include rectal submucosal blood vessels and perianal blood vessels.The pathological characteristics of internal hemorrhoids are observed based on the theory of"flaccid tendons and vessels",which provides a deeper interpretation of the etiology and pathogenesis for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.关键词
