莫沙必利联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片对慢性功能性便秘患者肛肠压力及血清生长抑素水平的影响
Impacts of mosapride combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on anal pressure and serum somatostatin level in patients with chronic functional constipation

Abstract
AIM To explore the impacts of mosapride combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on anal pressure and serum somatostatin level in patients with chronic functional constipation.METHODS A total of 87 patients with chronic functional constipation were randomly separated into monotherapy group(n=44)and combination group(n=43).After 4 dropouts in the monotherapy group and 3 dropouts in the combination group,40 patients in each group were ultimately included in the analysis.The monotherapy group was treated with mosapride alone,while the combination group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in addition to the monotherapy group.The anal pressure and serum somatostatin levels before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups,and the clinical efficacy of both groups was evaluated.RESULTS After corresponding treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group was greatly higher than that of the monotherapy group(70.00％vs 47.50％,P＜0.05).The constipation-related symptoms score in the combination group was lower than in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).The anal resting pressure(ARP),anal maximal contraction pressure(AMCP),anal longest contraction time(ALCT),rectal sensory threshold,defecation threshold and rectal compliance were lower than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)were higher than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05),while the level of somatostatin was lower than that in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION For treating chronic functional constipation,using compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with mosapride can improve efficacy,reduce anal pressure,and improve gastrointestinal hormone levels.关键词
