亚麻GRAS基因家族的全基因组分析及其对外源赤霉素的响应研究
Whole Genome Analysis of the GRAS Gene Family in Flax and its Response to Exogenous Gibberellin

Abstract
Flax is an important fiber crop,and the GRAS gene family plays a crucial role in plant growth and development.In this study,bioinformatics was used to identify LuGRAS protein sequences from the whole flax genome database.After removing redundant sequences by SMART and Pfam search,physical and chemical properties,chromosome localization and systematic evolution were analyzed using ExPASy ProParam,TBtools and MEGA7.0.In combination with transcriptome sequencing(RNA-seq),the expression patterns of flax GRAS family members in different tissues and stages were analyzed.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)technology was used to detect the expression of some LuGRAS genes with significant differences after gibberellin treatment.The relationship between LuGRAS genes was analyzed by co-expression network.The results showed that 114 LuGRAS transcription factors were identified from the whole flax genome,which were divided into 10 subgroups based on their genetic relatedness.The number of amino acids in the GRAS proteins of flax ranges from 135 to 1 377,with a molecular weight of 15.3-152.9 kDa and an average isoelectric point of 5.96.Except for LuGRAS114,the other LuGRAS genes are distributed on 15 chromosomes;Based on the RNA seq data of flax,the LuGRAS genes can be categorized into 7 groups;By qRT-PCR verification,8 LuGRAS genes with signifi-cant differences in expression were identified.The results showed that 4 LuGRAS genes exhibited signifi-cant changes in expression levels at different time points after treatment with gibberellin.The expression patterns of LuGRAS50 and LuGRAS94 show a strong positive correlation.There is a negative regulatory re-lationship between LuGRAS38,LuGRAS50 and LuGRAS94.The above results provide a theoretical refer-ence for further studying the biological function of the LuGRAS genes in flax and their expression patterns during growth and development of flax.关键词
