工业大麻中大麻二酚酸(CBDA)含量测定方法优化及光质调控分析
Optimization of Extraction Method for Cannabidiol Acid(CBDA)from Industrial Hemp and Light Quality Control Analysis

Abstract
This study aimed to solve the problems of the inefficiency of traditional cannabidiolic acid(CBDA)extraction and the unknow effect of different growth periods and light regulations on CBDA con-tent.CBDA extraction was optimized through response surface methodology.CBDA content and changes of Hanma No.11 were analyzed under different light regulations and growth periods.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,and ultrasonic power on CBDA content were exam-ined by single factor experiment and response surface methodology.The optimized extraction process was determined and the theoretical results were validated.The optimized extraction parameters for CBDA were:a liquid-to-material ratio of 50∶1(mL/g),an extraction temperature of 33 ℃,an extraction time of 32 min and an ultrasonic power of 135 W.CBDA content was 3.885%under these conditions,which was consistent with the experimental verification result of(3.91±0.07)%.Compared with the pre-vious literature reporting method,it had been improved of 9.83%.The study of light regulations showed that CBDA content at the initial flowering stage was the highest when the light conditions were Red∶Green∶Blue=79.88%∶4.01%∶16.11%.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the light regulations and optimum harvest period of CBDA,and is expected to increase the application value of CBDA.关键词
