摘要
Abstract
As the second most common gynecological malignant tumor,the incidence of endometrial cancer shows a younger trend,and the standard treatment deprives patients of fertility,which greatly affects the quality of life of patients.Therefore,the fertility-sparing treatment for young endometrial cancer patients has become a new focus in the field of gynecological oncology.Especially in recent years,with the rapid increase in related researches and the application of molecular typing in fertiligy-sparing treatment,the effect of fertility-sparing treatment for endometrial cancer has been significantly improved.This article discusses the latest progress of clinical treatment for endometrial cancer in detail,aiming to provide valuable reference for clinical practitioners.关键词
