辅助化疗对Ⅰ期少见类型卵巢上皮性癌预后的影响:基于人群的倾向性评分匹配分析
Effects of adjuvant chemotherapy on the prognosis of stage Ⅰ less common epithelial ovarian cancers:Population-based propensity score matching analysis

Abstract
Objective To examine the prognostic benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy in stage Ⅰ Less common ovarian cancers(LCOCs).Methods We conducted a retrospective case-controlled SEER-based study of stage Ⅰ endometrioid(EEOC),clear cell(OCCC)and mucinous ovarian cancer(MOC)between 2000 and 2016.Propensity score matching was used to avoid selection bias.Effects of adjuvant chemotherapy on overall survival(OS)were compared with Kaplan-Meier tests.Multivariate Cox analyses were performed to control for confounders.Results The study identified 4681 patients with FIGO stage Ⅰ EEOC,2450 with stage Ⅰ OCCC,and 2839 with stage Ⅰ MOC.The results showed that adjuvant chemotherapy could not prolong the 5-year OS of patients with stage Ⅰ OCCC(86.7％vs.85.9％,P=0.732)and MOC(87.6％vs.88.2％,P=0.843).Adjuvant chemotherapy was associated with a 5-year OS benefit only in substage Ⅰ C and grade 3 EEOC patients(85.2％vs.67.7％,P=0.008).Conclusion Patients with G3 ⅠC-stage EEOC demonstrate significant survival benefits from adjuvant chemotherapy.However,for patients with stage Ⅰ OCCC and MOC,the necessity of adjuvant chemotherapy remains questionable.关键词
