Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and value of Yangxin Dingji Capsule in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:Based on evidence-based medicine,epidemiology,pharmacoeconomics,health technology assessment(HTA)and other meth-odologies,this study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods through questionnaires,official website data information,published literature and real-world data secondary evaluation,etc.The evaluation system was constructed for the safety,effectiveness,economy,innovation,suitability,accessibility and TCM characteristics.Results:The adverse reactions/events reported by Yangxin Dingji Capsule were mainly gastrointestinal damage,which was safe and controllable.Meta-analysis showed that compared with conventional Western medicine,Yangxin Dingji Capsule combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia and chronic arrhythmia,the clinical effective index was better than that of the control group and the effectiveness is reliable.Economic research shows that Yangxin Dingji Capsule has a cost-effectiveness advantage,and has obvious advantages in clinical innovation,accessi-bility and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Yangxin Dingji Capsule has definite clinical effect on arrhyth-mia,which can provide reference for clinical use.关键词
