飞行学员动静态视敏度与主观视觉垂直/水平线正常参考值探究
Kinesthetic Visual Acuity and Subjective Visual Vertical/Horizontal Lines-Reference Values from Flight Students

Abstract
Objective To establish normal reference ranges of static visual acuity(SVA),dynamic visual acuity(DVA),subjective visual vertical(SVV)and subjective visual horizontal(SVH)based on data from flight trainees.Methods One hundred and forty-six male flight trainees were recruited and underwent SVA,DVA,SVV and SVH tests to derive reference values ranges.Results The mean SVA was(-0.30±0.02)LogMar,for a reference range of≤-0.27 LogMar.The mean DVA differential in different directions was<0.1 LogMar,for a reference range of no more than 0.3 LogMar.The differences between SVA and the DVA during head shaking in any of the four directions were statistically significant(P<0.01).The mean SVV deviation was 0.61°±1.21°,for a reference range between-1.37° and 2.59°,while the mean SVH deviation was 0.40°±1.28°,for a reference range between-1.70° and 2.50°;and the difference between SVV and SVH deviations was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that the correlation between SVA and DVA is related to the direction of head-turning,and that SVV and SVH are not interchangeable in the head-straight position.Evaluating SVA,DVA,SVV and SVH and determing their reference value ranges can provide a theoretical basis for assessing vestibular functions in flight trainees.关键词
