Advances of Pattern Recognition Receptor in Immune Responses in Otitis Media
摘要
Abstract
Otitis media(OM)is associated with a high prevalence and a high incidence,and is a major global medical burden.Innate immune system,a key first line of defense in the middle ear,is activated primarily by pattern recognition receptors(PRRs)in response to pathogen-associated molecular patterns(PAMPs)on invading pathogens to cause an inflammatory response.This review examines the role of PRRs in OM pathogenesis,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and new directions for the prevention and treatment of OM.关键词
