摘要

Abstract

Cochlear pressure is influenced by various factors including cochlear structure and size.Cochlear physiology,pathology and clinical diseases are closely related to cochlear micropressure.Research on cochlear micropressure is primarily conducted in animals and cadavers,leading to the development of theories and mechanical models aimed to explain the working mechanism of the cochlea.Traditional cochlear pressure measurement techniques have significant disadvantages,but fiber optic pressure sensors have been applied in rodent and cadaver temporal bone studies.This review focuses on structural factors,clinical diseases,pathophysiology and measurement techniques related to cochlear micropressure.
