耳内科规培医师教学模式的实践探索
Models of Standardized Training for Internal Medicine Otology Physicians
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,internal medicine otology has been widely promoted and developed in China.However,the number of internal medicine otology specialists remains far from meeting the growing clinical demands.Standardized training is a necessary path for the training of otology physicians.Since the establishment of the internal medicine otology division in 2008,the Chinese PLA General Hospital has been committed to the construction of a standardized training system for internal medicine otology specialists.This article summarizes the experience of our hospital in such efforts,including competency requirements,optimization of teaching content,exploration of teaching models,improvement of the teaching evaluation system and construction of the teaching team.The aim is to provide guidance for establishing similar programs in China.关键词
