Abstract
to address quality issues in the water quenching process of seamless steel pipes,a water quenching intelligent manufacturing system with sensing,analysis,decision-making,and execution functions was developed.Through the integration of multiple specialties,an intelligent manufacturing solution is formed.The perception layer uses multi-sensor technology to obtain reliable parameters and equipment status,the analysis layer build models to optimize and intelligently identify defects.The control layer uses PLC as the core and combines relevant technologies to achieve centralized management.This article develops a process optimization system and completes joint debugging,testing,and iterative optimization.The system achieved the full-process digital integration and intelligent collaboration from raw materials,processes,equipment,products to management,greatly improving the automation and informatization level of water quenching production.After being applied in a domestic enterprise,the quenching device operated stably and increased the yield by 3.4%.关键词
