基于Jacquet黏膜模型的中碳钢EBSD电解制样工艺参数研究
Study on electrolytic specimen preparation parameters for medium carbon steel based on the Jacquet mucosal model

Abstract
To solve the specimen preparation problem of medium carbon steel in electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)analysis,this paper conducted electrolytic polishing experiments on 42CrMo steel.The anodic polarization curve of the material was obtained to study the relationship between surface quality,electrolysis voltage and electrolysis time.Based on the Jacquet mucosal model,combined with the anodic polarization curve and current time curve of the material,the optimal electrolytic polishing process parameters for 42CrMo steel were determined and verified through microscopic characterization and roughness measurement.The research results show that with the increase of electrolysis voltage and electrolysis time,the surface quality of the sample first increases and then decreases,and the potential width of the passivation zone is narrow,making it easy to enter the over passivation zone.When using a 10%analytical pure perchloric acid anhydrous ethanol solution as the electrolyte within the range of 0~5℃,the optimal electrolytic polishing process parameters for 42CrMo steel are 30 V voltage and 5 s electrolysis time.The surface roughness(Ra)of the sample prepared under this process is 0.021 μ m,and the EBSD calibration rate is about 98%.The research results provide a reference for determining the optimal electrolytic process parameters for different medium carbon steels and various microstructures of the same material.关键词
