薄壁厚嘴高压气瓶内胆收口旋压成形规律研究

摘要
Abstract
The thin-walled thick nozzle high-pressure gas cylinder liner effectively solves the problem that the bottle nozzle region of the traditional gas cylinder liner cannot be shaped as a whole,and the huge difference between the wall thicknesses of the bottle nozzle and the bottle body can effectively improve the safety,reliability and lightness of the gas cylinder.A finite element model of neck-spinning of thin-walled thick nozzle seamless gas cylinder liners is established by combining numerical simulation and experiment,and the equivalent stress and strain distribution law of neck-spinning in the process of neck-spinning is investigated;the effects of different process parameters on the thickening coefficient of the bottle nozzle region of the liner and the average roundness error are also discussed;and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified by the comparison of experimental and simulation results.关键词
