摘要

Abstract

The inner spline of the left input gear is one of the important components of the aviation engine transmission system,and its tooth surface wear has a significant impact on the power,stability,and service life of the spline transmission system.Based on the analysis of the strength and fatigue life of the inner spline tooth surface of the left input gear under different wear levels,the influence of internal spline tooth surface wear on the gear impact performance under dynamic impact conditions was analyzed.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress values under different wear levels all appear at the root of the internal spline tooth.Under standard load conditions,the wear of the inner spline tooth surface has a relatively small impact on the gear life,but there is a high probability of fatigue failure when the gear is overloaded.Under impact conditions,the maximum impact stress of the gear increases with the increase of tooth surface wear.When the wear amount is 0.2 mm,the maximum impact stress at the top of the internal spline exceeds the evaluation threshold,and the probability of gear damage is high.The study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the wear of gear internal spline teeth and the design and maintenance of transmission systems.
