Abstract
The core of developing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)education is the cultivation of talents,ensureing the continuity and inheritance of the talent team.For a long time,institutional education and apprenticeship education have been in a standoff.After years of continuous thinking and exploration,innovative practices have been carried out on the basis of summarizing the traditional Chinese medicine education model,realized the combination of two education modes through academy education.Wang Qi Academy adheres to the educational philosophy of"unveiling the profound meanings of classics,integrating modern knowledge,gathering diverse opinions,and promoting free thinking."It actively promotes the spirit of great masters and focuses on teaching contents such as"classical research""clinical research""interdisciplinary studies"and"strategic thinking"Wang Qi Academy is dedicated to cultivating TCM doctors and TCM strategists with strategic thinking capabilities,playing a significant exemplary role in the training of high-level TCM talents.关键词
