基于大健康和新医科的中医养生人才培养模式改革
Reform of the talent training model for TCM health preservation based on the concept of"big health"and new medical sciences
摘要
Abstract
The"big health"strategy and the development of new medical sciences have raised higher requirements for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation talents.Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has actively aligned with the demands of big health and new medical sciences,carrying out beneficial reforms and practices in the talent training model for TCM health preservation.The university proposes the"five-in-one"talent training concept,clarifying the positioning of talent development,constructing a"three-in-one"system of target requirements,optimizing the training plan,focusing on strengthening the cultivation of inheritance and innovation abilities,and establishing a new talent training model based on job competency with"one core and two wings"under the background of big health and new medical sciences,which improves the quality of talent cultivation.The establishment of this model can provide beneficial references and insights for the talent training and professional development of similar and related fields across the country.关键词
