Exploring the promotion of quality improvement by teaching supervision in traditional Chinese medicine colleges from the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
This paper explores ways to enhance the quality of education and teaching by optimizing the supervision efforts under the guidance of the holistic view of Chinese medicine.The paper highlights the three key features of the supervision work:systematicity,coordination and effectiveness,constructs a supervision network covering the entire school,clarifies the division of responsibilities,integrates scientific supervision approaches,and ensures comprehensive and in-depth supervision.Meanwhile,the adoption of the"trinity"supervision,namely equal emphasis should be placed on education,schooling and supervision,supplemented by multiple working modes,achieves meticulous supervision and active guidance of students'learning processes.Additionally,by strengthening the supervision system,team and connotation construction,the continuous improvement of teaching quality is facilitated,providing a robust guarantee for the high-quality development of education and teaching in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.关键词
