从医案出发化解伤寒论教学难点
Solving the teaching difficulties of Shanghan Lun from medical cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To overcome the challenges encountered during the teaching of the Shanghan Lun,such as incomplete rationale,method,formula,and medication,as well as the lack of cases triggered by special medical conditions.Methods By systematically sorting out the articles in the Shanghan Lun that need to be further applied and supplemented with clinical cases,the 10 most typical teaching difficulties were initially selected.On this basis,a case material database covering the application of the articles of the Shanghan Lun by famous doctors of the past and present was constructed,and the cases were carefully selected to solve these teaching difficulties and integrated into the existing teaching curriculum.Results A total of 171 clinical cases had been collected and compiled from 71 classical Chinese medical works from the Han Dynasty to the present,including 27 modern cases and 144 ancient cases,each of which effectively enhances the richness and depth of the corresponding provisions in the clinical application teaching,and successfully solves 10 significant teaching difficulties from the perspective of medical cases.Conclusion Using medical cases as an entry point proved to be an effective way to crack the teaching difficulties of Shanghan Lun.The case base constructed in this study not only provides strong support for current teaching,but also lays a solid foundation for solving more teaching challenges in the future.关键词
