摘要

Abstract

The practical training in needling and moxibustion techniques is an important method for cultivating clinical abilities in students majoring in acupuncture and massage therapy.However,clinical knowledge is often abstract and difficult to understand,and limited training conditions hinder the progress of talent development.Virtual simulation technology,as an innovative teaching method,features perception,immersion,and interactivity,effectively helping students to understand difficult points in practical teaching and master core skills in needling and moxibustion.This paper focuses on the application of virtual simulation technology in course practice teaching,analyzing three aspects:application ideas,specific processes,and course design.It addresses the difficulties and challenges in the practical teaching of needling and moxibustion,as well as the progress of virtual reality technology in acupuncture.The paper proposes building a remote teaching platform,virtual anatomy and meridian point demonstrations,interactive simulation training,and case simulation analysis,integrating virtual simulation technology into the practical teaching of needling and moxibustion.This approach can effectively resolve the difficulties and challenges faced in current practical teaching of these techniques.
