PDCA循环在中医内科学临床教学中的应用研究
Study on the application of PDCA cycle in clinical teaching of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine

Abstract
Objective Introducing the plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle into the clinical teaching of Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine and evaluating its clinical teaching dffectiveness.Methods A total of 124 traditional Chinese medical students in standardized training stage rotating in 1st Pulmonary Disease Department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.Students in the experimental group(n=62)were managed by PDCA cycle method,and students in the control group(n=62)were managed by normal teaching method.The score of clinical thinking and treatment ability,basic knowledge of respiratory system exam,and medical record writing skills were analyzed to clarify the effect of two groups.Results The score of clinical thinking and treatment ability,basic knowledge of respiratory system exam in experiment group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05),whereas there was no significant difference in score of medical record writing skills between two groups(P>0.05).The undergraduate educational background was also found to play a role in teaching effect.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine might be useful to improve the clinical thinking ability of students in standardized training,thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
