Abstract
The new round of medical education reform is in full swing,the core of which is to establish a perfect post-competency-oriented medical talent training and evaluation system.Against this background,the reform of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physician examination and the deep integration of medication,education,and examination are continuously promoting the training and evaluation system of TCM physicians.Over the years,we conducted systematic research,design,exploration,and practice for the training and evaluation system of TCM talents based on post competency,and built a systematic whole process training and evaluation system of clinical competence of TCM students.In this system,as an important part of talent training and evaluation,Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)has been successfully carried out for 14 years.And as an effective means of clinical competence evaluation,it has laid a solid foundation for the training and evaluation of TCM talents in our university.This paper introduces the practice and exploration of OSCE in our university,discusses the new role and development trend of OSCE in medical education.关键词
