摘要

Abstract

Objective:In this study,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)was employed to rapidly and qualitatively analyze the components of Tongmai Yangxin(通脉养心丸)pills in the serum and cardi-ac tissue samples of rats.Methods:The Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column was used and MS scanning was carried out in positive and negative ion modes.The MS information such as data acquisition mode,adduct ion in MS1,collision energy in MS2,and fragment in MS2 was used to identify the compounds.Results:A total of 17 compounds were identified from the serum samples of rats treated with Tongmai Yangx-in pills,including 9 flavonoids,4 saponins,3 pentacyclic triterpenoids,and 1 organic acid.A total of 3 compounds were identified from the heart tissue samples,including 2 flavonoids and 1 saponin.Conclusion:This study analyzed the original and metabolized components of Tong-mai Yangxin pills in the blood and heart to reveal the changes and transmission processes of chemical components in vivo,providing an experi-mental basis for the quality control,clinical application,and new drug development of Tongmai Yangxin pills.
