Illite crystallinity as an indicator in the exploration of the Langlingwan gold deposit in Anhui
摘要
Abstract
The Langlingwan gold deposit is an epithermal gold deposit located in the Mozitan-Xiaotian volcanic basin.The analysis of the illite crystallinity(IC)values of the Langlingwan gold deposit indicates that the IC values are concentrated in the range of 0.4°Δ2θ to 1.2°Δ2θ in the non-mineralized area,and 1.2°Δ2θ to 2.0°Δ2θ in the gold-mineralized area.Away from the mineralized area,the IC values show the trend of decline.The IC values that clearly relate to gold mineralization in rocks may serve as an indicator for gold exploration.关键词
