加拿大一枝黄花叶片病原真菌的鉴定与分析
Identification and analysis of pathogenic fungi in leaves of Solidago canadensis

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to identify the species of pathogenic fungi on the leaves of the invasive plant Solidago canadensis.[Method]Leaf samples from different growth stages of this plant were collected,and the fungal community composition was analyzed through high-throughput sequencing.[Result](1)Five dominant or-ders were detected in the plant leaf samples at different growth stages,including Erysipheles,Chaetothyriales,Cap-nodiales,Tremellales and Pleosporales,and the dominant species were Golovinomyces asterum,Strelitziana mali and Cladosporium_delicatulum.(2)The fungal community richness of the leaves of S.canadensis decreased firstly and then increased with the growth of this plant,and the diversity of the fungal community increased gradually with the growth of the plant at significant difference levels.The longer the growth time was,the greater the impact on the structure and diversity of the fungal community was.(3)The levels of adenosine triphosphatase,directed DNA pol-ymerase,and exogenous transport ATPase in the leaves of S.canadensis after infection with fungi were significantly decreased,which affected the photosynthesis of the plant.[Conclusion]This study preliminarily analyzed the spe-cies of pathogenic fungi and the changing trend of the microbial community composition of the leaves of S.cana-densis,which helps provide a theoretical basis for the biological control of this invasive species.关键词
