不同浓度亚硒酸钠对燕麦幼苗生长及生理特性的影响OA
Effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite on the growth and physiological characteristics of oat seedlings
[目的]为了探究燕麦幼苗在硒处理下的生理响应.[方法]采用盆栽法培养燕麦幼苗 1 周,然后选用不同Na2SeO3浓度(0、0.01、0.02、0.05、0.075和0.1 g·kg-1)处理燕麦幼苗2周,分析不同浓度亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)处理下燕麦幼苗相关生理指标的变化.[结果]与对照相比,随着Na2SeO3浓度增加,燕麦幼苗的相关生理指标变化包括:(1)适宜Na2SeO3浓度(0.02 g·kg-1)使燕麦幼苗的株高、叶长、干重增加,促进幼苗的生长,而高浓度(0.1 g·kg-1)Na2SeO3处理则抑制幼苗生长.(2)0.1 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3处理下幼苗叶绿素a+b含量、O2·-产生速率显著下降,分别降低22.15%和64.50%(P<0.05).(3)0.1 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3处理下可溶性糖、MDA、脯氨酸含量显著上升,分别增加121.73%、107.09%和362.82%(P<0.05).(4)幼苗APX活性呈下降趋势,显著降低50.47%~99.71%(P<0.05);0.01~0.05 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3处理下幼苗SOD活性显著升高167.41%~200.87%(P<0.05),0.05~0.1 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3处理下POD活性显著升高90.83%~139.40%(P<0.05).(5)Na2SeO3处理浓度与幼苗中可溶性糖、MDA、脯氨酸含量、POD活性呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),Na2SeO3处理浓度与幼苗株高、叶长、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素a+b含量、类胡萝卜素含量、APX活性呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01).Na2SeO3对燕麦幼苗具有双重效应,施加适量浓度对燕麦幼苗的生长和生理有益,并以0.02 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3处理的效果最佳.[结论]结果为燕麦富硒的基础研究及栽培提供线索.
[Objective]This study aimed to analyze the changes in physiological indicators related to oat(Avena sativa L.)seedlings under different concentrations of sodium selenite Na2SeO3 treatments.[Method]Oat seedlings were cultivated by a potted plant method for one week,and then treated with different concentrations of Na2SeO3(0,0.01,0.02,0.05,0.075 and 0.1 g·kg-1)for two weeks,and the changes of relevant physiological response of oat seed-lings under selenium treatments were analyzed.[Result]Compared with the control,with the increase of Na2SeO3 concentration,the relevant physiological indicators of oat seedlings changed:(1)Appropriate Na2SeO3 concentration(0.02 g·kg-1)promoted the plant height,leaf length,and dry weight of oat seedlings,while the treatment with high(0.1 g·kg-1)Na2SeO3 concentration inhibited the growth of oat seedlings.(2)Under the treatment of 0.1 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3,the content of chlorophyll a+b and the rate of O2·-production were significantly decreased by 22.15%and 64.50%,respectively(P<0.05).(3)Under the treatment of 0.1 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3,the contents of soluble sugars,MDA and proline were significantly increased by 121.73%,107.09%and 362.82%,respectively(P<0.05).(4)The activity of APX showed a decreasing trend by 50.47%-99.71%(P<0.05);the SOD activity of oat seedlings was significantly increased by 167.41%-200.87%(P<0.05)under the treatment of 0.01-0.05 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3;the POD activity was significantly increased by 90.83%-139.40%(P<0.05)under the treatment of 0.05-0.1 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3.(5)The treatment concentration of Na2SeO3 showed highly significant positive correlations(P<0.01)with soluble sugars,MDA,proline content,and POD activity in the seedlings,and highly significant negative correlations(P<0.01)be-tween the treatment concentration of Na2SeO3 and the plant height,leaf length,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,chlorophyll a+b content,carotenoid content,and APX activity of the seedlings.[Conclusion]Na2SeO3 has a dual effect on the oat seedlings,and applying the right concentration is beneficial to the growth and physiology of oat seedlings,and the best results were obtained with 0.02 g·kg-1 Na2SeO3 treatment,which provide clues for basic re-search and cultivation of selenium-enriched oats.
