[目的]黑腹胃蝇(Gasterophilus pecorum)是马胃蝇属唯一一种产卵于牧草并藉此感染宿主的胃蝇,初羽化成蝇常聚集于宿主新鲜粪便附近.普氏野马(Equus przewalskii)粪便挥发物在黑腹胃蝇成虫嗅觉通讯中的作用有待探究.[方法]测试黑腹胃蝇对普氏野马 7 种粪便挥发物气味标样的行为反应,筛选出具有显著响应的化合物,并进一步测定黑腹胃蝇对其不同浓度的选择率,通过非线性拟合建立物质浓度与黑腹胃蝇嗅觉选择率的相关函数.[结果](1)共筛选出 2 种对雌蝇具有显著吸引的化合物,分别为苯乙酮(P<0.01)和壬醛(P<0.05);雄蝇均未表现出显著影响(P>0.05).(2)雌蝇对苯乙酮的最佳反应浓度为低浓度的10-6 mL·mL-1,对壬醛的最佳反应浓度为高浓度的10-1 mL·mL-1.(3)雌蝇对于壬醛的嗅觉选择曲线拟合状态较好(R²=0.88),对于苯乙酮的拟合状态次之(R²=0.65).[结论]粪便挥发物中存在的苯乙酮和壬醛在雌性黑腹胃蝇嗅觉通讯中起到了一定指示作用.由于雌蝇和雄蝇在繁衍中地位不同,推测其在嗅觉上存在一定的差异,不仅表现为对于不同环境气味的不同偏好,还可能表现为对同种化合物的不同反应,因此在进行防控诱剂的开发时,可以依据效果只针对雌蝇进行干扰,从而达到寄生虫防控的目的.

[Objective]Gasterophilus pecorum is the only species of stomach bot fly that lays eggs on pasture and thereby infects the host,and the newly emerged flies often gather near fresh feces of the host.The role of Przewalski's horse(Equus przewalskii)fecal volatiles in the olfactory communication of the adult G.pecorum remains to be explored.[Method]The behavioral responses of G.pecorum to standard compounds of seven fecal volatiles from Przewalski's horse were tested.Compounds with significant responses were screened out,and the selection rate of G.pecorum at different concentrations were determined.In addition,a related function between substance concentration and the olfactory selection rate of G.pecorum was established through nonlinear fitting.[Result](1)Two compounds,acetophenone(P<0.01)and nonanal(P<0.05),were screened out as significantly attractive to females,while no significant effect was observed in males(P>0.05).(2)Females showed the highest response to acetophenone at a lower concentration(10-6 mL·mL-1)and to nonanal at a higher concentration(10-1 mL·mL-1).(3)The olfactory selection curve for nonanal showed a higher fit for females(R²=0.88),while the fit for acetophenone was slightly lower(R²=0.65).[Conclusion]In summary,acetophenone and nonanal present in fecal volatiles play a certain indicative role in olfactory communication of female G.pecorum.Due to the different roles of male and female flies in reproduction,it is speculated that there are olfactory differences between the two genders.These differences are not only manifested in their different preferences for odors in different environ-ments,but also in their different responses to the same compounds.Therefore,when developing control agents,it is possible to specialize in interfering with females only to achieve the purpose of parasitic control.
