壳寡糖水溶液对虾稻田水土细菌群落的影响
Effects of chitosan oligosaccharide aqueous solution on bacterial communities in the water and soil of paddy fields for crayfish cultivation

Abstract
[Objective]This study aimed to explore the mechanism of using chitosan oligosaccharide aqueous solution(commercially known as Youlike,abbreviated as YLK)to prevent bacterial disease of Procambarus clarkii in rice field culture.[Method]The effects of YLK on the bacterial community structure of water and soil were analyzed by using bacterial count and 16S rDNA V3-V4 region amplicon sequencing.[Result]The bacterial load of Brain Heart Infusion(BHI),Rimler-Shotts(RS)and Salmonella-Shigella(SS)in water and soil decreased to the lowest level after 3 hours and 6 hours of using YLK,respectively.The Chao1 index and Shannon index of the bacterial community in the water decreased after 3 hours of treatment with YLK;the Chao1 index and Shannon index of soil bacterial communities increased 6 hours after treatment with YLK.The phylum with the highest rela-tive abundance in soil was Acidobacteriota(29.73%),while the phylum with the highest relative abundance in water was Proteobacteria(59.36%);Flavobacterium was the dominant genus in the bacterial community of soil,while Bradyrhizobium was the dominant genus in the bacterial community of water.After 3 hours of spraying with YLK,the relative abundance of Proteobacteria in the water significantly increased,while the relative abundance of Cyanobacteria significantly decreased;after 6 hours of sprinkling with YLK,the relative abundance of Acido-bacteriota and Chloroflexi in the soil decreased.[Conclusion]Chitosan oligosaccharide aqueous solution(YLK)reduces the bacterial load in the water and soil,increases the diversity of soil bacteria.YLK is beneficial for opti-mizing the bacterial community structure in the water and soil of paddy fields for crayfish cultivation.关键词
