[目的]针对丘陵山区油菜捡拾机收获后油菜脱出物混杂程度大、气流清选难以将籽粒与杂质分离等问题,设计一种油菜捡拾机复筛装置.[方法]基于运动学与动力学开展了复筛装置的结构设计与参数分析;以锥形滚筒筛筛孔直径、外张型螺旋叶片螺距及锥形滚筒筛筛网转速为因素,以损失率和清洁率为评价指标,开展台架试验,根据单因素试验结果,开展正交试验.[结果]通过综合分析法得出影响复筛装置清选效果的主次因素顺序为锥形滚筒筛筛孔直径、锥形滚筒筛筛网转速、外张型螺旋叶片螺距;较优组合为锥形滚筒筛筛孔直径 5 mm,外张型螺旋叶片螺距 160 mm,锥形滚筒筛筛网转速 75 r·min-1;在最佳参数组合下复筛装置损失率为 0.24%、清洁率为 98.49%,对比未增加复筛装置前清洁率提高了 8.31%.田间试验显示,在最佳参数组合下,装置损失率为 1.24%、清洁率为 96.12%.[结论]研究为丘陵山区油菜机械化收获装备清选装置的设计与优化提供了参考.

[Objective]A conical sieve re-cleaning device was designed for a rape pick-up harvester operating in hilly and mountainous areas to reduce the labor consumption in manual re-cleaning process.[Method]The range of structure and operation parameters of screening device were determined through kinematics and dynamic analysis.Combined with the self-made test bench,the diameter of the sieve hole,the screw pitch of spiral blade,and the rotating speed of conical sieve were taken as the factors to obtain optimal parameter values through sin-gle-factor and orthogonal test,taking the loss rate and cleaning rate as the indexes.[Result]From the orthogonal test,the cleaning performance was optimal when the diameter of the sieve hole was 5 mm,the proper screw pitch of spiral blade was 160 mm,and the rotating speed of conical sieve was 75 r·min-1,respectively.The optimal loss rate and cleaning rate were 0.24%and 98.49%,respectively.Compared with the performance of the air cleaning device without re-cleaning device,the cleaning rate was improved by 8.31%.Under the optimal parameter com-bination,the cleaning rate and loss rate of the re-cleaning device in the field experiment were 96.12%and 1.24%.[Conclusion]This research could provide a reference for the design and optimization of cleaning device for mechanized harvesting equipment of rape in hilly and mountainous areas.
