微生物菌剂和壳聚糖对毛桃幼苗镉积累的影响
Effects of Microbial Agents and Chitosan on Cadmium Accumulation in Peach Seedlings
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of microbial agents and chitosan on cadmium accumulation in fruit trees, and to provide reference for the safe production of fruit trees in cadmium-contaminated areas, this experiment investigated the effects of microbial agents and chitosan on cadmium accumulation of peach seedlings under cadmium stress, using peach seedlings as materials. The results showed that 0.1 mg/L Cd treat-ment reduced the plant height and biomass of peach seedlings, but increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD),indicating that 0.1 mg/L Cd came out to stress peach seedlings.Under cadmium stress, microbial agents, chitosan and microbial agents+chitosan increased the biomass of all organs of peach seedlings, decreased SOD and POD activities, and also decreased the cadmium content of all organs of peach seedlings.Under cadmium stress, the plant height and aboveground part biomass of peach seedlings under chitosan treatment were the largest, increased by 3.89%and 28.25%,respectively,compared with cadmium treatment;SOD activity,POD activity and cadmium content of aboveground part were the lowest, reduced by 31.45%,14.61%and 26.20%,respectively,compared with cadmium treat-ment;the cadmium content of the root system was the lowest under microbial agents+chitosan treatment, reduced by 30.00%compared with cadmium treatment. Therefore, both microbial agents and chitosan could promote the growth of peach and reduce the accumulation of cadmium in peach, but the combination of the two could not reduce the accumulation of cadmium in peach.关键词
