木棉叶总黄酮抗氧化活性研究
Study on Antioxidant Activity of Total Flavonoids from the Leaves of Gossampinus malabarica(DC.)Merr
摘要
Abstract
Using ascorbic acid(VC)as a positive control,the activity of total flavonoids from Gossampinus malabarica leaves in scavenging hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals,and DPPH radicals was studied using Fenton reaction method,pyrogallol auto oxidation method,and other methods.The results showed that compared with VC,the total flavonoids in G.malabarica leaves had higher antioxidant activity and could efficiently scavenge hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals and DPPH radicals,with corresponding EC50 values of 1.012,4.360 and 0.209 μg/mL,respectively.The EC50 values of VC were 12.877,7.760 and 11.229 μg/mL,respectively.Based on this result,it can be concluded that the total flavonoids in G.malabarica leaves exhibit significant advantages in antioxidant properties and have high application value in combating free radicals.关键词
