Abstract

[Objective]To study the nutritional quality of Lycrum babrumm,and analyse the content distribution characteristics of different nu-trients in L.babrumm.[Method]Ten cultivated gardens of L.babrumm in Jiuquan City were randomly selected,and 30 samples from 10 groups of fresh fruit samples and 30 samples from 10 groups of leaves were collected.The contents of betaine,polysaccharide,naringin,total flavonoids,carotene,boron,strontium,selenium and calcium were determined,and the variation of nutritional quality of fruits and leaves of L.babrumm from different producing areas was analyzed.Based on the analysis of content ratio and correlation coefficient,the variation rules of nutrients in leaf and fruit species were clarified.[Result]There was a significant correlation between the nutritional quality of L.babrumm fruits and leaf quality in different regions,and the correlation coefficient between leaf and fruit was 0.544.Except for polysaccharide,the content of nutrients in leaves was higher than that in fruits.Especially naringin,carotene,strontium content was more than 30 times higher than fresh fruit.[Conclusion]The leaf of L.babrumm is the main synthetic unit of photosynthetic nutrients,except for polysaccharide,the content of nutrients measured is higher than that in fruits,and can be recycled as feed,fertilizer and substrate.
